Demigod Forums undergoing major changes

Hello, Demigod Forums members. First of all, I hope you all had a good Christmas and an amazing new year. As the year and time changes, so will Demigod Forums. I have several announcements on this matter.

1. Starting January 23, 2011 I will begin sending out e-mails concerning inactivity. If you do not respond to the e-mail or become active before the posted date (one year after your registration) your account will be deleted and you will have to re-register with a new e-mail address.

2. This following week Demigod Forums will be open for new staff positions (such as administrator, mod squad, and scout) along with more site design and and management positions (e.g. graphic designer). We will be changing the theme and we will add new boards concerning the new Camp Half-Blood series, The Heroes of Olympus. Roman cabins and groups will be added, and much news on the release of the new book in the second series, The Son of Neptune, which will be released in Fall 2011.

3. We will be changing the age requirements to 8 years of age. Anyone under this age will not be able to register, and any user from the ages of 8-10 will be moderated closely by the scouts. Due to these changes, inappropriate threads will be deleted and you will receive a notification or ban.
