A Few Site Changes

Hello! It's Nobody here with a few changes to the forums.
First of all, I have removed the previous theme with a new, more simple summer one.
Second, I have added a new category and made some adjustments to the forums that you may take notice of. There is now a 'common interest' board with a forum attached to it. Also, the Staff Board (only visible to staff members) has been moved to the 'Site Related' area.
